A powerful force and voice for entrepreneurship, CEO and Founder, Kira Chereé Cobb is a published author, serial entrepreneur and well sought after speaker. Creating her first business in 2006, Integrity Designs, Kira Chereé used her degree in graphic design to make her clients visual dreams reality. Through mentorship and service, she went on to create her second business, Entrepreneur Business Basics, (EBB) in 2014, focused on training start up entrepreneurs to launch, grow and sustain their businesses.

Under Kira Chereé’s leadership, EBB has grown exponentially to offer a 12-week cohort for adult learners, JUMP©- a fully accredited training curriculum for high school students, reTHINK© – training for ESO leaders, and LEAP© – early entrepreneurship experiences for middle schools. Having helped over 600 entrepreneurs to launch their businesses, Kira Chereé is a subject matter expert in small business development.

Furthering her advocacy for minority entrepreneurs, Kira Chereé along with her husband Cedric Cobb, founded Black Entrepreneurship Week in August 2023. Gaining governors support from the states of Kansas and Missouri, BEW focuses on enhancing and supporting Black Entrepreneurs during the first week of August every year.

Accomplished, acknowledged and awarded, Kira Chereé doesn’t rest on her accolades. The future of her work continues through her 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Twenty53, missioned to help bring attention and education to the $13T wealth gap between black Americans and their counterparts.

Bi-state resident of Kansas and Missouri, Kira Chereé is wife to Cedric Cobb, mother and step-mother to eight children, grandmother to four. Worshipping at The Advancing Church, Kira Chereé leads the Whole Women’s Ministry, is 30-year member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., and current board member of P.O.W. (Professional Organization of Women). She is a well-sought after facilitator, keynote speaker, workshop presenter in various settings including schools, universities, community and religious events.
